Jar label
The visitor types a name and a date and picks a food. The tool lays out a sticker with the energy per 100 g from the food table. They print it and stick it on the jar. The same search exists in German, French, Spanish and Portuguese, so the host ships all nine languages.
Set the constraints. The page builds a list, a plan or a printable you can take with you.
This is a general-purpose tool, not medical, legal or financial advice. Figures are estimates from published food data or arithmetic. A qualified professional owns decisions that affect your health.
How to use it
Inputs are name, date and a food. Computation reads energy per 100 g and lays out SVG. Output is a sticker.
